No training given or offered - I can take online classes or training - but only in my own time.

Out of the blue we move to different server vendor and brand, different basic OS (VMware) and different Windows server version. Just a little background - I used to have a Physical Box Windows 2008 R2 solution. I don`t mind the work - but the little Nazi mentality that some have is getting to me) (yes, there is someone that complains when I do that - yet somehow is very, very silent when I am still in the office at 7pm, after getting in at 7:30 am. Go live of a server in the weekend - of course, part of the job - but then don`t complain if Friday is quiet and slow and I leave for home before the rush traffic. The sub question would be - How much time of your own would you need to spend to keep your job ? And, when will I be able to either request another day off or overtime compensation? If I were a conspiracy theorist I'd say 'they' are out to make me either burn out or insane. Everything has to be done now now now - and I'm not willing to spend 24/7 working - I have a wife and a 3 year old that are worth more than this job. Would love to, and I'm working on getting there. I really want to work on delivering some stern sermons to people - but need evidence.
